Isaac Silva
Isaac has been with Madison & Beckley Realty since 2004, and a licensed broker since 2006. He has worked in both Douglas and Lane Counties in many different facets of the real estate business. Representing both buyers’ and sellers’ interests in residential (both rural and suburban), bare land, vineyard land, and commercial property are all part of his repertoire. Being a busy broker during as trying a time for the industry as the 2008 downturn in the housing/lending market gave Isaac great experience with foreclosures, short-sales, and default purchases and listings. Persistence and a lot of patience was required to hunt down authorized bank representatives, locate property owners, etc. Following 2021 when the market was at an all-time high, Isaac was able to successfully help many buyers/sellers navigate the frequent multiple offer situations. In the current climate of higher interest rates and lack of inventory, Isaac’s diligence and attentiveness promise his clients the first view at listings that fit their needs/desires, and an accurate market analysis to make the most educated decisions. Isaac is a native Oregonian and first generation American. He lives in Eugene with his wife, Ellen, and daughter, Arden. Outside of real estate, he is a family man, a car guy, and a wine expert. He spends his leisure time with his family and friends.
Emily Beckley
Emily is a sixth-generation Oregonian based in the charming coastal town of Brookings, Oregon. She received her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Colorado Mesa University, where she showcased her commitment as a member of their Division II women's tennis team, honing her teamwork, discipline, and competitive spirit—qualities she now brings to her real estate practice. As a licensed real estate broker with Madison & Beckley Realty, Emily leverages her educational background and athletic experience to deliver unparalleled service to her clients. Emily's commitment to excellence and attention to detail ensure that each client will receive the highest level of care and support.Outside of work, Emily enjoys playing pickleball, researching DIY projects, and trying out new recipes in the kitchen. Her passion for outdoor adventure is evident in her enthusiasm for sharing the wonders of Southern Oregon with her clients.
Leslie Beckley
Leslie is a multifaceted entrepreneur and visionary, leaving an indelible mark on both the real estate and culinary landscapes. As the principal broker/owner of Madison & Beckley Realty since 1990, she has cultivated a reputation for excellence, integrity, and unparalleled service. Her commitment to her clients and community has made Madison & Beckley Realty a cornerstone of trust and reliability. Beyond her professional achievements, Leslie has raised four children and shares her life with her husband, Steve, a fifth-generation Oregonian. She earned her degree in Fine Arts and French from the University of California at Berkeley. Nestled in the picturesque landscapes of Elkton, Leslie oversees Knoll Vineyards, a breathtaking 30-acre vineyard producing estate wines of exceptional quality. Her dedication to craftsmanship and tradition is evident in every bottle, reflecting her deep appreciation for sustainability in the artistry of winemaking. Complementing her winemaking venture, Leslie and her husband also own Knoll Bistro (formerly Tomaselli's Pastry Mill & Cafe), a beloved culinary destination in Elkton. Here, guests are invited to savor delicious cuisine crafted from locally sourced ingredients, paired perfectly with Knoll Vineyards' renowned wines. Leslie enjoys travel, gardening, casting a line in the river, and keeping up with her Border Collie, Dozer. Her life experience and joie de vie help her in assisting clients to achieve their real estate dreams.
